CANCELLATION POLICY
WILL WE GET A REFUND IF THE SEASON IS CANCELED?
We aim to maintain as much flexibility as possible with regards to the start date of the season. In the event the season is canceled due to State, County, and City health guidelines, wildfires, unhealthy air quality or other factors out of the control of Benicia Little League, a refund will not be provided.
PLAYER CANCELLATION POLICY
A formal request must be sent to [email protected] in the event a player cancellation is required.
- If the player withdraws or quits before December 1, 2023, no fees will be charged
- If the player withdraws or quits AFTER December 1, 2023 but BEFORE January 14, 2024, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
- If the player withdraws or quits AFTER January 14, 2024, NO refund will be provided.
In the event the season is canceled due to State, County, and City health guidelines, wildfires, unhealthy air quality or other factors out of the control of Benicia Little League, a refund will not be provided after January 14, 2024.
VOLUNTEER FEE FOR 2024 SEASON
The volunteer fee of $100 will now be applied per family. For questions, please read our Annual Non-Refundable Volunteer Fee Policy.
PLAY UP / PLAY DOWN REQUEST
If you wish to have your player play up or down in a division, register for the division they currently qualify for and contact [email protected] with the request. Play up/down requests will not be considered unless the player has completed registration, are not guaranteed and subject to review by the BLL Player Agent
CHALLENGER DIVISION
The Challenger Division with Benicia Little League is designed for children with special needs. Any child that faces mental or physical challenges that would keep them from participating in a typical sports program, ages 5 - 18, or up to age 22 if still enrolled in high school, is eligible. The program is free of charge. Challenger teams may include those who have: Impaired vision, hearing or mobility, autism, down syndrome, mental retardation or developmental delays, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy or other physical handicaps, attention deficit disorder or related attention / focus challenges.
